Who is responsible for your data

What data, and why

When you write to me through the form on this site, I receive your name, email, phone number (if you fill it in), your message and the services you selected. I use them only to reply to you and to prepare a quote.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long

I keep your message only as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows. Then I delete it, unless the law requires me to keep it (for example, for invoices).

Who else sees it

I don't sell your data or share it for marketing. Your message passes through my web host (Hostinger) and my email provider (Apple iCloud), which handle its delivery to me. Because the operator is based in the USA, your data may also be processed outside the European Union.

This page

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on this site itself. The animation libraries (GSAP, Lenis) load from jsDelivr, which technically sees your IP address when serving them.

Your rights

• to know what data I hold about you and to get a copy of it,
• to have it corrected or erased,
• to restrict its processing or to object to it,
• to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
